Founded in 1935, Colebream Estates Limited was created through a long standing friendship and business partnership between Arthur Wagstaff (surveyor) and Christopher Bower (solicitor). Established as a property holding and investment Company, Colebream has been built through cautious investment and limited borrowing with carefully selected property purchases to further this overall aim.
