On 25th March 2026 the full shareholding of Colebream Estates Limited was purchased by UK Land.

 

Founded in 1935, Colebream Estates Limited was created through a long-standing friendship and business partnership between Arthur Wagstaff (surveyor) and Christopher Bower (solicitor). Established as a property holding and investment Company, Colebream has been built through cautious investment and limited borrowing with carefully selected property purchases to further this overall aim.
